Harpeth Hills Counseling Center

The Counseling Center takes seriously the opportunity and responsiblity involved in counseling with people who are hurting from personal or relationship concerns.  All services are provided in the private suite of the counseling offices at Harpeth Hills.  Appointments may be scheduled at (615) 690-4661.

Previous course offerings include Preparation for Marriage, Dynamic Marriage, Becoming a Love and Logic Parent/Grandparent, Bringing Home Baby, Grandparent Seminar, Blended Family Education Group, Stepfamily Seminar, Divorce Care for Kids, Boundaries, and Financial Peace.  Please check back with us for a current schedule.

The staff of the Harpeth Hills Counseling Center takes seriously the opportunity and responsiblity involved in consulting with people who are hurting from personal or relationship concerns.

Main Area of Specialization

The main area of specialization for the Center is relationships, including preparation for marriage or remarriage, divorce adjustment, and parent-child relationships.

Location of Services

All services are provided in the private suite of counseling offices located at Harpeth Hills Church of Christ in Brentwood, TN.  A separate entrace is provided for the Counseling Center.

Fees and Services

The Counseling Center is open Monday through Thursday from 8am until 5:30pm.  Appointments can be scheduled with Kathy Anderson at (615) 690-4661.  Please call to cancel appointments 24 hours prior to appointment time.

The customary fees for the counseling center are $120 for an intial evaluation and $100 for each hourly counseling session.  For those who qualify, those fees may be reduced based on gross household income and the number of people in the home (ie a sliding scale).  When needed, financial assistance is available for members of the Harpeth Hills Church of Christ.

If clients choose to use insurance, they pay the full fee when service is rendered and file for reimbursement from their insurance carrier.  We do not file insurance for clients.  If people choose no to file for insurance reimbursement, they are eligible for the standard fee structure.
